Brothers and sisters, look around at the world today. Every sign that the Messiah is about to return is pressing upon us, yet far too many remain distracted by shiny beads, hollow trinkets, and shallow flattery. We are often lulled into believing that a quiet, passive belief in the back of our minds is enough. But scripture tells a very different story: true faith is never stationary—it is action, commitment, and unyielding obedience.
In Hebrews 11, we are reminded of the great cloud of witnesses whose faith was proven solely by what they did:
• Noah did not just believe a flood was coming; he picked up his tools and built an ark to save his household.
• Abraham did not just acknowledge God’s call; he packed his life, walked into the unknown, and laid his most precious hopes on the altar.
• Moses did not simply agree with truth in his mind; he turned his back on the palaces of Egypt, choosing to suffer with the people of God and endure as seeing Him who is invisible.
True faith is faithfulness in motion. It requires us to lay aside every unnecessary weight and actively run the race set before us (Hebrews 12:1–2).
This urgent call is extended not in judgment, but in the pure love of our Savior. As Christ taught His disciples in John 13:34–35:
"A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another."
Out of that genuine love comes an earnest plea: examine where your heart and hours are going. Provide for your families, honor your honest responsibilities, but with every remaining moment, turn your focus wholly to God and His kingdom.
That is why we, as three veterans, are putting faith into concrete works right now—building our non-profit foundation to lift up fellow veterans and help them realize their true purpose and potential. We cannot afford to sit idle while the world drifts away.
Ask yourself with complete honesty: If the Savior were to appear today, am I truly prepared?
If not, do not wait. Drop the distractions of the world, roll up your sleeves, and let your faith be seen in your works, your charity, and your steadfast preparation.
I testify to you with all my heart that if you will turn away from the fleeting things of this world, align your works with your faith, and dedicate your life to preparing for His coming, you will not stand ashamed. You will see Him, you will know His voice, and you will rejoice to be part of that glorious day.
